These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Client") and TurboForge ("we", "us", "our") when using our B2B outbound lead generation services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
TurboForge provides B2B cold email outbound services including but not limited to: email infrastructure setup, domain configuration, prospect list building, outreach copywriting, reply management, and qualified call booking. We operate on a pay-per-qualified-call model unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A "Qualified Call" is defined during the onboarding process based on mutually agreed ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) criteria. A call is considered qualified when the booked prospect matches the agreed criteria. The specific definition will be documented and agreed upon before campaigns begin.
We set up dedicated email domains and infrastructure separate from your primary business domain. We take all reasonable steps to protect domain reputation, including proper DNS authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and warmup protocols. However, deliverability is influenced by many factors and we cannot guarantee specific inbox placement rates.
While we work to deliver 10-15 qualified calls per month, results may vary depending on your industry, offer, and target market. We do not guarantee specific numbers of calls, reply rates, or revenue outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurboForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, including but not limited to business strategies, client lists, campaign data, and pricing. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.
All email sequences, campaign strategies, and processes developed by TurboForge remain our intellectual property. The Client retains ownership of their business information and data provided to us.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
For any questions regarding these Terms, please contact us through the booking link on our website or via the email address provided during onboarding.
